We prioritize security for your tech. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and serial numbers intact.
Are the products sold on Access Denied brand new or refurbished?
Unless clearly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' in the product title, all items are 100% brand new and factory-sealed.
Do you offer international shipping and voltage compatibility?
